Join Me for a 5-Day Higher Legs Challenge!

Hello Reader!

I'm thrilled to invite you to join me on a special 5-day challenge to improve our ballet technique together! I was invited to participate in a dance performance on the 15th and 16th of June. During my ballet class today, I realized my legs aren't quite reaching the height I’d like them to, so I’ve decided to focus on improving this with a dedicated challenge—and I’d love for you to join me!

What's the Challenge? For the next 5-days starting Monday the 10th of June, we’ll be doing specific exercises designed to help us achieve higher leg extensions. Each day, I'll share a short follow-along video with targeted workouts to enhance our flexibility, strength, and control.
